Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Notify us immediately if you wish to cancel an order to ensure a full refund before processing. Reach us by phone, live chat (bottom-right corner), or email.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Personalized or custom-built products cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased, as production begins immediately. These items are crafted to your specifications and guaranteed to arrive fully functional under warranty. Confirm product customization status by contacting us before ordering.

All sales are final for custom/made-to-order purchases.


Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Return eligibility depends on manufacturer policies, which supersede our general 30-day return window (check product pages for brand-specific terms).

Return Fees
Outright returns incur a 20% restocking fee + return shipping. Exchanges may qualify for partial cost coverage. Contact us for case-by-case guidance.


Delivery Timelines
Estimated shipping dates on product pages reflect current supplier data but may shift due to global supply chain challenges (material shortages, manufacturing delays, freight backlogs, etc.). Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Cover return shipping and potential restocking fees (typically ~20%) for post-shipment returns.

  • Return items unopened and unused for refunds.

  • Resolve delays via our team—chargebacks for logistical issues are prohibited.


Damaged Shipments
Note packaging damage upon delivery. Freight claims require photo/video evidence submitted within 24 hours. Unreported exterior damage voids claims.


Warranty Details

BOGO Promotions
Both free/promotional items must be returned together for full refunds. Partial returns receive store credit or replacements minus return shipping fees. Refunds apply only to the original payment method.
