Thank you for shopping with Arcade World USA. The following policy outlines how we process, fulfill, and deliver orders placed through our website.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order was successfully submitted and that your payment has been pre-authorized.

We will then verify item availability with our suppliers. If your item is in stock and ready to ship within 5 business days, your payment will be processed, and the order will be submitted for fulfillment. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.


Order Shipment

Orders typically ship within five business days of payment processing, provided the item is in stock. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address used at checkout within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only. In some cases, select products may be available for delivery to Canada. If checkout is allowed for your shipping address, your order will be processed. Otherwise, your payment will not be completed.


Address Changes

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update your shipping address. However, any fees charged by the freight carrier due to address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee changes after processing. Please double-check all shipping details before submitting your order.


Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times provided on the site are estimates and not guarantees. We work with our fulfillment partners to ensure fast and efficient delivery. However, delays may occur.

If an order is canceled due to delayed delivery, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping fees, storage charges, and handling costs.

Chargebacks related to shipping delays will be considered fraudulent and may be pursued legally.


Shipping Options

We offer multiple delivery options to meet your needs:

  • Curbside Delivery (Free): Standard delivery to the curb outside your residence. Estimated arrival: 5–15 business days after order confirmation.

  • Threshold Delivery: Delivery to your front porch, garage, or sheltered entryway.

  • White Glove Delivery: Item delivered to your room of choice, light assembly included, and all packaging removed.
